Owner (CEO)

Caleb Luketic, Owner and CEO of Favor Home Solutions, is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but moved to the Nashville, Tennessee, area in 2010 with his family. He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Journalism with the intention of covering sporting events for a living… until he found the second love of his life: real estate (only second behind his first love, his beautiful wife Murphy). Caleb is a sports nut, so covering sporting events for a living was a dream come true. However, it left Caleb feeling empty because he just sat behind a computer, and he felt as if he wasn’t really making a difference in lives of those around him.

But now, Caleb absolutely loves getting to impact people in his local community by buying and selling houses. Getting to help those that need to sell a burdensome property or helping those buy a house that really need a place to live because they’re in a pickle is what Caleb lives for. Caleb truly loves helping people, and if you spend any time around him you’ll pick up on one thing: he treats everyone the way he wants to be treated. It’s a company motto around here (the Golden Rule if you will).

Caleb and his wife Murphy, his first love, have a daughter named Joanna, and are expecting a second baby girl in March of 2021.

Caleb is our CEO — our visionary and our leader. He gets to do all of the fun stuff (like taxes 🤣!) But on a more serious note, he takes care of all big picture items, day-to-day operations, and making sure things are running smoothly. He calls the shots and has the final say on the houses we purchase.

Brent Nevar

(Acquisition Manager)

Brent is the one who answers all of our calls, helps coordinate transactions and makes sure our line of communication between us and you is always on point. When you first call us, you’ll be speaking with Brent, and he’ll be there every step of the way from the first time you reach out all the way up until closing. He’s your go-to point person when you sell your house to us.

Ana Lacayo

Ana is our marketing rockstar! She manages all of our marketing campaigns, our branding and systems to make sure people who need to sell their house can find us. If you’re reading this right now, it’s probably because Ana did her job tremendously well!

Wilbert Wu

(Administrative Specialist)

Wilbert, or Will as we all call him, handles all of our day-to-day administrative operations including things like communication between us and title companies, making sure our Google Drive is organized properly, helps with some pieces of our marketing and overall, he’s our administrative ninja that knows where EVERYTHING IS AT. So if you ask us for pictures, a copy of an agreement or anything… Will is likely the one who’ll know exactly where it’s at!
